Orbity takes full responsibility for optimizing the hotel business, from revenue management to operations, ensuring the maximization of GOP (Gross Operating Profit) and the alignment of all business units within each hotel.

Orbity can address both hotel management operations, facilitate a lease agreement with group companies, or assist the owner in divesting the hotel while ensuring Orbity’s continued involvement in the project with a trusted Propco investor.
Our focus, while not exclusive, is centered on urban leisure, lifestyle, and affordable luxury hotels in premium locations with low seasonality and higher utilization rates.
