Vision
Orbity Hotel Management is a hotel management company that stands out for its efficiency and for providing value to owners through a joint strategy with its real estate investors to enhance the value of their assets.

At Orbity, we specialise in the operation of hotel businesses, a sector that is constantly growing and resilient to inflation. We take full responsibility for optimising hotel operations, from revenue management to day-to-day operations, ensuring the maximisation of Gross Operating Profit (GOP) and the seamless synchronisation of all business units in each hotel.

We manage both day-to-day operations and facilitate leasing agreements with partner companies or assist owners in the divestment of their hotels, maintaining project continuity with trusted Propco investors.

Although our strategy encompasses various types of hotels, we focus primarily on urban leisure, lifestyle and affordable luxury properties in premium locations, where low seasonality and high utilisation rates allow us to optimise profitability and return on investment.

At Orbity, we conduct a thorough evaluation of potential assets for acquisition or lease, ensuring that each meets our criteria for quality and return potential.
Once the opportunity analysis and assistance in the purchase or transformation process has been completed, Orbity Hotel Management takes full responsibility for the hotel’s operations.
