Founded in 2012, it is a hotel management platform focused on the boutique segment, with limited services, technology and operational efficiency and dynamic revenue management. BYPILLOW Group is an experienced hotel operator that repositions hotel assets to maximise their performance by choosing the best
brand for each asset and maintaining operational excellence. Currently, BYPILLOW’s portfolio includes 24 urban boutique hotels from 1* to 3* stars in 10 different locations in Spain and Italy, with a turnover of 17.5 million euros and an EBITDA of 3.8 million euros.

ECO Hoteles
Founded in 1995, it operates 5 hotels between 3* and 4*, four of which are owned and one leased. It is a chain that manages beach holiday, snow holiday and urban hotels in key locations in Spain such as Madrid, Ibiza and the ski resort of Formigal, in Huesca.
Eco Hoteles has a management company in Barcelona that is in charge of the day-to-day running of the company. The group currently has a turnover of 12 million euros and an EBITDA of 4.5 million euros.
